The Civic Education Conference 2016 invites participants from governmental as well as non-governmental agencies and experts in the MENA region. Also experts from Europe and the United States of America are welcome. Researchers, journalists, government professionals, civil society practitioners and political party officials, active in the field of civic education, civic engagement and volunteerism amongst others are encouraged to apply.

The conference languages are Arabic and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

Visa Procedure
The Goethe-Institut will happily support you with acquiring a visa for Tunisia by issuing an official letter of invitation for presentation at your respective consulate, if needed. For this, please provide us with a copy of your passport as well as your planned travel dates and you will receive the letter for presentation at your consulate within a few days.
Please note that participants from EU member states, from countries in North Africa (excluding Egypt) as well as participants from Palestine and Jordan do not need a visa in order to enter Tunisia.
