Schools: Partners for the Future

Schools: Partner for the Future is an initiative launched by the Foreign Office in February 2008, which aims to support 1000 schools worldwide, who will participate as centres of competence for the German language within an international partner school network. Our partner schools will stand out in particular for the information they convey about Germany.

The pupils of our partner school can make contacts and friendships with other partner schools and their pupils respectively through online projects in the German language and therefore also engage in intercultural dialogue.

In particular the creation of a network within all partner schools worldwide enables all teachers of our partner school to find information on CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) and to actively participate in the further methodical and didactical development of CLIL and German as a Foreign Language.
