Mina, a young Kurdish woman, flees from Syria after an attack on her husband and her. Arrived in Berlin, she´s trying to build up a new life as an illegal immigrant, working overtime in a factory. The Syrian security finds her and blackmails her into their services. Mina is forced to spy on the Syrian opposition operating in Europe. Things get out of control pretty soon.

Director: Daniel Carsenty
Daniel Carsenty (*1982) started his training to become a TV journalist. He then decided to study Photography and Film and took part in an exchange program with the University of Arts of Amman, Beirut and Damascus. Since then he feels deeply connected to the region, their people and their stories, which he portrayed in several short documentaries. His final project “After Spring Comes Fall“ is his first big work as a director, too and he is about to establish himself as a director.
