What do I gain by completing the Academy of Care’s certificate-based train-the-trainer program?
You will have gained “niche expertise” — theoretically and practically — and be able to apply and transfer your new skills professionally, to use those skills with a broad diversity of groups, and to accompany those working through trauma collectively and individually for optimal civic/social impact.Application criteria
- Professional experience. We encourage those to apply who have a demonstrated background of at least two years in the psychosocial-creative field, have been involved in a relevant project, and/or have completed training in this area.
- Lived-experience expertise. We also welcome applications from “lived-experience experts”, i.e. those who have personally overcome mental health challenges, trauma and similar, and have emerged with renewed strength, knowledge and motivation to share their life experience as trainers themselves.

Who can apply?
