Our secretary will assist you if you would like to take a course in Yaounde or Germany or if you would like to take one of our exams.

Registration for the exams is done via the Online Shop. When registering via the Online Shop, please note the following:

1.  You will only be given the status <<New>> when you register for the first time in the Goethe-Institut Online Shop. Register only once and always use your own e-mail address. Exception: minors must use their parents' e-mail address.
2. If you register with several e-mail addresses, we will always use the data from the first registration. If you wish to make any changes or have any problems, please contact sprache-yaounde@goethe.de   immediately.
3. Fill in your personal details completely and correctly, as shown on your identity card/passport/birth certificate. Your personal details will appear on the certificates as you entered them when you registered. Please ensure that they are accurate and complete. No changes can be made to your details once you have registered. The original identity document must be presented at all examinations.
4. Always use the same registration number that you received when you first enrolled. This number is valid for language courses and examinations at all Goethe-Institut worldwide.
5. Pay the exact amount for your exam after booking and within the deadline (if payment is not made within the deadline, your registration will be cancelled without further notice).
6. Only register for one exam date! (In the event of multiple registrations and a single fee payment, the first date will be retained.  All other dates will be cancelled without further notice; it is not possible to reschedule).
7. A tick in the box for modular exams means: I am registering for this module.
8. If you do not receive an exam confirmation within a week of payment, please contact the Language Course Office immediately.

The date and conditions for payment of the examination fees will be sent to you automatically by e-mail after booking. Please pay only to the Goethe-Institut account.

Register at meingoethe.de - use your personal e-mail address. The following data must be entered to create the account: E-mail address, first name and surname as they appear on your official documents, date and place of birth as they appear on your official documents. It is essential to use the same personal details for registration as for exam registration.
 
Examination results :
Exam results are available on the meingoethe.de online platform. On the ‘My courses and exams’ tab, exam participants can view details of the exams they have registered for and their results. Exam details and results are displayed in German and English. Other language versions are not planned.

Digital certificates:
You must have created an account on meingoethe.de before the exam date, otherwise you will not be able to view your certificate. See above.
Exam results are available on the meingoethe.de online platform. Under the ‘My courses and exams’ tab, you can download and print out your certificate(s) without having to visit the institute.

Validity of digital certificates
 Digital certificates are valid without a signature. They are secure, recognised by the consular service and their authenticity is verified directly on the spot.

Customer friendliness
Thanks to the gradual digitisation of processes at the Goethe-Institut, candidates can register online for the exam and print out their certificates themselves. Candidates from near and far only have to travel once to Yaoundé on the day of the exam, to the Goethe-Institut Cameroun.
