OPEN TENDER N°003/01/2026-GIK SUPPLY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT

The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institut of the Federal Republic of Germany, active world wide. Our objectives are the promotion of the German language abroad, international cultural cooperation and the dissemination of a comprehensive image of Germany.

The Goethe-Institut is looking for a service provider to supply the following office equipment:

• Delivery of A4 paper 80 to 100 g/m² ;
• Delivery of various inverters (UPS) all power ratings ;
• Delivery of various office supplies (cardboard, folder ; pen ...)

Qualification criteria
The company must be registered with the RCCM ;
The company must have cleared all taxes with tax authorities

Selection criteria

• Price : 60% ;
• Quality : 20% ;
• Reference : 20%

The award of this contract is scheduled :

To run from 01.04.2026 to 31.12.2027 ;
Prices must include all taxes to which the company is subjected to.
