Goethe-Institut Athen

The discussion is part of a series of events around the project "A Suitcase Full of Books"

In a roundtable discussion, the authors Tais Zolotkovska and Christos-Armando Gezos will exchange views on the topic of "Literature and Home". They explore the questions of what it means to write in a foreign country, but also what meaning one's own, native-language literature can have far away from home. Can literature be a place of home and what function can literature have when one lives in a foreign country?

The discussion is part of a series of events around the project "A Suitcase Full of Books", which has also found a place in the library of the Goethe-Institut Athens. Families from Ukraine can find 50 books for children and young people by Ukrainian and foreign authors in Ukrainian translation.
