A group of Myanmar photographers, journalists, poets and writers went upstream the river Ayeyarwaddy which has been threatened by ongoing commercialization, including a huge hydropower project from its neighbor China. With rhythmic camera work set to a poem read by the poet on their boat trip, the film captures the suffering river as well as the danger of extinction of millions of lives that depend on it.
