K.M. LoA true independent filmmaker, technomad and trainer.

He made two micro-budget feature films in Cambodia, bundled with training efforts. He also made a feature film "Moto Thief" in Cambodia in 2003. The film was selected by several international film festivals, including the Locarno Film Festival 2004.

In 2004, He lived with homeless in community in Japan to make a documentary “Homeless in Japan”. It won the Youth Jury Prize in FICA 2011, Vesoul, France.

Now, he is running TUK TUK CINEMA workshops in Cambodia, China, India, Phillipines, Thailand and Laos. A mobile film school by day and open air cinema by night, using a tuk tuk as platform/symbol. Training young folks the guerrilla filmmaking and cinema art as his way to change the world.
