Lending conditions

Eligibility

Films may be borrowed by cultural and educational institutions in Japan, such as schools, universities, and other non-profit organizations, for non-commercial screenings only.
Please note that loans are not available to private individuals.
 

How to Order

If you are borrowing from us for the first time, please complete our online registration form.
Registered borrowers can request films through our online order form by providing their customer number. To ensure availability, please submit your request at least one month before the screening date.
We will confirm within five business days whether the requested title is available.

 

Shipping and Returns

All films are shipped via courier services such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Borrowers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.

After the screening, please return the DVDs as soon as possible to the following address:

Damage or Loss

Borrowers are responsible for any damage to or loss of DVDs during the loan period. If a DVD is damaged or lost, please notify us immediately. Repair, replacement, or reproduction costs may be charged to the borrower where applicable.
