You are welcome to seek free consultation at the Goethe-Institut Osaka Kyoto. If you already have German language skills, you can take a placement test so that we can find the best course for you.
Yes. The teachers do not explain the German language in Japanese. They communicate only in German from the beginning. You will start learning how to greet someone, how to introduce yourself, how to pronounce the alphabet and how to ask questions. In this purely German-speaking environment, you will acquire your first language skills that will be useful in Germany.
Our teaching materials have been ratified by the CEFR (European Common Frame of Reference Frame) and published in Germany. We ensure the good use of our teaching materials by regularly training our teachers on the principles and ideas of the CEFR.

In order to provide our students with an active and profound learning experience, we also use media such as tablets, interactive whiteboards and the like.
The Goethe-Institut's German exams are recognized worldwide as proof of language proficiency in German.
Every year, many people from all over the world take part in our exams because they are required for visa applications, study abroad or work. Exam candidates are tested in all four language skills, i.e. reading, writing, listening and speaking.
The exams take place twice a year at every Goethe-Institut.
