As the closing event of the "German Film Festival in Osaka 2023", which focuses on different women's stories, a panel discussion with three female film directors from Japan and Germany will take place.
Guests will be Eliza Petkova and Zora Rux, currently fellows at Villa Kamogawa in Kyoto, and Yukiko Sode, a leading female film director among the younger generation in Japan. The three directors will discuss the challenges and future prospects of women in the film industry in Japan and Germany.
