Good news for all language enthusiasts who can't join our Tandem Café in Tokyo!
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 17:00 to 19:00, the library of the Goethe-Institut Tokyo, in cooperation with the Japanisches Kulturinstitut Köln, invites you to anOnline Tandem.
How does the Online Tandem work?
After a short round of introductions, participants will be divided into smallbreakout rooms. There, conversations will alternate betweenGerman and Japanese– just like in our regular Tandem Café. The goal is to deepen language skills and foster new connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
Important:
Due to high demand, participation will be organized via awaiting list. Direct registration is not possible. All participants will be notified by email. Preference will be given to thosenot living in Tokyo.
Please note: To participate, it is required to keep your camera turned on during the event.
German native speakersare kindly asked to register via the website of the Japanisches Kulturinstitut Köln.
