The Open House Day at the Goethe-Institut Myanmar will be held on July 6th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and everyone is cordially invited! On this special day, you will have the opportunity to explore our German classes, get to know the German education system and culture, join in on fun games and activities, and win attractive prizes! There will also be a children's art workshop and a concert! In other words, there is something for everyone - both old and young! Additionally, we're combining the event with the soft opening of the Goethe-Cafe, where you will be able to enjoy German food and snacks.

No space to rehearse, discuss, plan, think or meet? A room at Goethe-Institut Myanmar is now available to the cultural community. We are offering a free space to artists, creators and the community, and thereby wish to support creativity and innovation in the cultural sector. 

Start learning the German language systematically at the Goethe-Institut Myanmar. Our German language courses are based on the six levels defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Our courses are thereby internationally recognised and comparable. Goethe-Institut Myanmar is offering German language courses both online and offline through in-person classes in July.

Do you require documented proof of your German language skills that is recognised all over the world? The Goethe-Institut’s certificates are accepted around the world as verification of your language capabilities. Goethe-Institut Myanmar is offering Goethe-Zertifikat exams in July! Since May, the Goethe-Institut Myanmar is organising the monthly DeutschCafè for all those learning German in Myanmar. This is an opportunity to talk to our German guest speakers and the teachers from the Goethe-Institut about the German language, culture and regions, and - of course - to practice your German!
No month is the same, as there will be different guest speakers and topics each time. Coffee and snacks are also provided. Sounds great, right?
