Can I reschedule or cancel the course booking?

We cannot reschedule a planned course that has enough participants to start the course, however, you may cancel your course booking in written form within 14 days before the course starts. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions .

Will an online course change into a classroom course midway?

No, a course level that starts online will be completed online, in consideration to non-local participants. However, should circumstances change, a classroom course may change into an online course midway.
