The course participant must be at least 18 years old.

The course fee including the registration fee must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If the invoice has not been paid halfway through the course, the Goethe-Institut Netherlands reserves the right to exclude the participant from the course.

3. Prices

3.1. The prices valid at the time of registration in the current course brochure of the Goethe-Institut are part of the contract.

3.2. If the course participant arranges for a rebooking (e.g. change of course date or course change), the first rebooking is free of charge. For every further rebooking, a fee of 10% of the course fee is due.

3.3. When shown a student ID, we grant a 15% student discount. The use of the discount must be indicated when registering. No discounts can be granted retrospectively.

4. Resignation

4.1 If the course participant cannot take part in the course, the following cancellation conditions apply: If the enrolment is canceled in writing before the 2nd course evening, the course fee will be reimbursed after deduction of € 30.00 processing costs. In the event of cancellation after the above deadline, no fee will be refunded.

4.2 The declaration of withdrawal must be submitted in writing (by post or email). Access to the GI is decisive for compliance with the deadline.

5. Classification / class size

5.1. The assignment to a course level is based on the placement test in the institute.

5.2. Our courses have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 participants. If the number of participants is too low at the start of the course, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone this course. In this case, we offer the participants the option to switch to another course or to receive the entire course fee back. Unfortunately, only those courses can take place that have the minimum number of participants at the end of the enrollment period. In order to avoid last minute cancellations we ask participants to register within the specified period.
