I hereby agree for processing personal data of my child by the Goethe-Institut Warschau for the purpose of recruitment and providing linguistic services. I acknowledge that I have the right to access and rectify abovementioned personal data, as defined in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 97 No.133, item 883)). I further declare that I have been informed of my authorisation to access and correct my child's personal data collected by the Goethe-Institut Warschau.


Within 2 days after sending of the registration you will receive an e-mail with confirmation.
