EU4Culture was an EU-funded project dedicated to fostering the cultural and creative sectors in the Eastern Partnership countries. With a strong focus on non-capital cities, the project empowered local cultural ecosystems, driving social and economic development across the region throughout 2021-2024.

    The festival took place on August 30-31 in Vinnytsia, under the theme “Return and Reconnection: Artistic Communities in Small Cities During the Full-Scale War.”
