As a supervisor at a commercial cleaning firm, 59-year-old Heike is caught in daily friction between rigid corporate demands and her low-wage cleaning crew. When an attempt to recruit a subcontractor's undocumented worker backfires, the subcontractor threatens to terminate their contract. To save the deal, Heike is forced to eliminate a position from her own trusted staff, sacrificing a highly respected employee. She soon finds herself trapped in an agonizing moral dilemma between corporate survival and personal loyalty. A strikingly authentic social drama examining the human cost of modern contract labor.
