소비자 분쟁 해결

We are ready to participate in an extra-judicial dispute settlement procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body. The competent body is  Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes am Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, Deutschland,  www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de)입니다.

Regardless of the foregoing, we are required to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution in relation to our online platforms within the meaning of Article 3(i) of the Digital Services Act (DSA) to resolve disputes relating to decisions on complaints, as well as complaints that have not been settled through our internal complaint management system.  Affected users, including reporting individuals or entities, may choose a dispute resolution body approved by the Digital Services Coordinator (https://www.dsc.bund.de/DSC/DE/5Streitb/start.html).
