EU Scholarship Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community
This Programme’s objective is to provide the Turkish Cypriot community with broad education opportunities within the European Union and enhance the connection with the Programme’s alumni and the EU while assisting the alumni with further professional development.

Education

Since 2007, the EU Scholarship Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community has provided more than 2450 Turkish Cypriots with scholarships within the EU.

Funding

More than 43 millon euros worth of scholarships have been funded by the European Union since 2007 that provided the Turkish Cypriots with opportunities to pursue their education and professional development goals in Europe.

Implemention

As of June 2022, the EU Scholarship Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community is being implemented by the Goethe-Institut.
