Alžbeta Kyselicová studied Media Studies and Sociology for her bachelor's degree at Masaryk University. She continued with a master's degree in Media Studies, focusing on research and analytics. During her studies, she worked for three Slovak media outlets, most longer for Denník N. This experience led her to the topic of job satisfaction in the media. She wrote her master's thesis on this subject and plans to explore it further in her article.
She is increasingly interested in working conditions, professional organizing, and the relationship with work in so-called post-socialist countries, and she would like to address these topics in her contributions to Perspectives as well.
Currently, she works in psychological research in Slovakia and occasionally prepares communication materials for NGOs.
