My name is Kaili Lititševski, I am a 18 year-old bilingual girl coming from a bordering town of Estonia and Russia Narva. My hometown is a mix of estonian and russian culture because of its geographical location. My hometown could be used to define me as well- I am half russian and alf estonian, speaking both languages fluently. This trait of mine has affected me since my childhood, and is more significant now in the current political state of Central and Eastern Europe.
Journalism is a new thing in my life, even though being active in this field has been my dream for the past years. Now Iam writing mainly for the youth news outlet "Narvamus". With my articles I like to focus on different cultures, identities, stories and meeting points that connect or instead divide different nationalities.
