Anastasiia Aharkova is a Ukrainian journalist and refugee currently working in Prague, Czechia. Journalism is not only her profession, but also passion. She works as a journalist for the biggest Ukrainian-speaking media in Czechia ProUkrainu.cz and writes articles for an English-speaking source about Central and Eastern Europe GenZette.

Her journalistic interests include migration, Eastern Europe, and the fight against Russian propaganda. She loves political debates, debunking disinformation and reading horror books.
