Polina Tolpygina


Polina Tolpygina is studying political science in Vilnius, Lithuania, where she temporarily relocated following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022. During her time in Vilnius, she discovered a deep interest in philosophy, anthropology, and political reporting. Her work—both academic and personal—often revolves around the theme of the human condition.

Polina is currently interning at NARA, a Vilnius-based publication that covers culture, art, society, politics, and more. Her current goal is to launch her writing career with one or two pieces that explore the importance of a community-centered outlook in a time of global turbulence.
