How can a good transportation system be developed? What exactly is the root of transportation problems in Bangkok or the government response to these problems? Which steps should be taken in order to develop Bangkok in the way we dream? The articles cover issues of public transport, personal transport and transport infrastructure in Bangkok. Views and contributions to the articles from experts such as Associate Professor Dr. Boonchai Sangpetngam from the Department of Civil Engineering Chulalongkorn University, who talked about the benefits and challenges of trains and electric cars, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saksit Chalermpong, Deputy Director of the Institute of Transport Chulalongkorn University and transport specialist, who was was invited to highlight the issue of road accidents, were also included. One article, for example, explores the background of the Bangkok bus system and the various problems facing Bangkok bus operators.
