I mostly work with installations that are realized in specific places by means of specific media. They combine the technical with the poetic and the innovative with the reflexive. All my earlier works realized as sculptures, installations, walkable sculptures and local interventions contain an element of something that was medially communicated, changed or created. The core of my interest is not only to establish a connection between the real and the imaginary, but also to implement them in every single work as two distinctly different aesthetic prospects – that is to say, the real, material, three-dimensional, physical and current, which I would describe as the sculptural, and the two-dimensional, immaterial, ulterior and virtual, which I see as the pictorial. Both of them amalgamated as a work of art should produce an image in the spirit and soul of the spectator. This image, as a critical and mysterious emergence, inspires and engages the spectator.
