On International Women's Day, German Cooperation in Cameroon is organizing a series of activities to reflect on and discuss the conditions under which women artists work in Cameroon. The day on Saturday, March 7, will feature a variety of events.

• 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Presentation of the art magazine “Créations Contemporaines, Le Mag” and review by Prof. Narcisse Tchandeu
• 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Roundtable discussion “Gender Parity and Artistic Emergence” with Fabiola Ecot, Dr. Ruth Belinga & Wilfried Mwenye
• 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Creative workshop (Wood Engraving) led by Marcellas Njonji (registration required – 15 spots available);
• 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Practical workshop (Natural Afro Hair Care) led by Nathalie Gouiffe Edimo (registration required – 30 spots available)
