Following up on the success of FilmED, we are introducing Cinemocracy - our brand new film education project. This time, our goal is to show different ways of using film for promoting European values, democracy, diversity and respect.

What we do

Over the next three years, we will be working with four other European partners and developing a variety of interesting activities and formats for young people aged 14 to 18, as well as teachers and student teachers.

More information coming soon! Stay updated and follow our social media channels, along with this page.

More on film education

  • How to Start

Do you work in the field of film, culture, or education? Discover different ways to include film education in your activities. Teachers can find information about film databases, tips on how to screen films legally in class, and many more additional resources. Representatives of cultural organisations can learn more about funding possibilities and film licensing, together with tips on how to approach potential tutors, engage with audiences, and collaborate with schools.

  • Children's Club

Interested in participating, but your children are too young? We also offer a regular bilingual Czech-German after-school club for children aged 3 to 6 and 6 to 8, where they are introduced to the world of film through playful and engaging activities.
