Yemen is distinguished by its vast cultural and civilisational diversity, possessing deep roots represented by multiple civilisations throughout the ages, granting it a unique and distinctive identity. Architectural diversity in Yemeni buildings is manifested in distinct and varied symbols and inscriptions, tracing back to the stories, myths, and origins crafted by ancient Yemeni kings and peoples. These elements express the creativity of Yemeni artists throughout history. Mohammed’s photos stem from this architectural diversity to shed light on the aesthetics of those civilisations and what distinguishes them, transforming them into complete artistic works that express the rich heritage of Yemen.
