Film-Special: Rosa von Praunheim

On October 9 and 10, the Goethe-Institut Tokyo presents a film series honouring the filmmaker, artist and LGBTQ activist Rosa von Praunheim, who passed away in 2025. The programme features four films, accompanied by an online lecture by Jan Künemund and introductions by Tetsuya Shibutani, offering new perspectives on Praunheim’s work and its enduring influence.
