Stefan Klein

(born 05.10.1965 in Munich), physicist, journalist, author.
 
Stefan Klein studied physics and analytical philosophy in Munich, Grenoble and Freiburg im Breisgau with a doctorate in biophysics. He worked for several years as a science editor for various media. In 2000, his first non-fiction book Die Tagebücher der Schöpfung. Vom Urknall zum geklonten Menschen. Further works on topics such as luck, chance, time, dreams, etc. followed. Stefan Klein has received various awards, including the Georg von Holtzbrinck Prize for Science Journalism and the German Reading Prize in the category of readable science. He lives in Berlin.
