Tilman Lahme
(born 1974 in Erlangen) author, literary historian.
Tilmann Lahme studied German, history and philosophy in Kiel and Bern. He worked as a journalist and editor for various media. His first book, a biography of Golo Mann, was published in 2009. At the same time, he published a work with stories, family portraits and essays by Golo Mann entitled Man muss über sich selbst schreiben. Two more publications about the Mann family followed: Die Manns. Geschichte einer Familie (2015) and Die Briefe der Manns (2016). Tilmann Lahme teaches cultural studies at the University of Lüneburg.
