Our goal within Cinemocracy is to use film in various ways to support European values such as inclusion, democracy, and respect. We are a partnership of five European film festivals jointly developing engaging film education activities - and you can take part in them too!
We run film education programmes for both youth and educators. Most of them are on-site but we host online events as well. Check out our programmes in Prague, Belgrade, Vilnius, Bratislava and Budapest!
Each year we select 10 European films that we find especially relevant to our topic of the year and suitable for younger audiences. This year’s topic is “Disruption of Democracy”.
