Kok Siew Wai Sebastien Gesell
Hailing from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Kok Siew-Wai is a vocal improviser, video artist, and organiser who has shown video works and performed in Asia, Europe, Canada, and USA. Siew-Wai has a deep passion for experimental and improvised arts, and the DIY effort undertaken in promoting them. She is the co-founder and director of the Kuala Lumpur Experimental Film, Video & Music Festival (KLEX), and is currently teaching at the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University.

Siew-Wai has participated in music festivals such as SoundBridge Contemporary Music Festival (Malaysia), Singapore Night Festival, Choppa Experimental and Improvised Music Festival, Playfreely (Singapore), allEars Improvised Music Festival (Norway), Asian Meeting Festival (Japan), RRRec Fest (Indonesia), WSK Festival (Philippines), and E-Poetry Festival (USA) among other.
