Libya Montes is a DJ/music producer hailing from Lapu-lapu City, Philippines. His last album release, Father Tropa's Spaceship (2020), is a sprawling futuristic budots-inspired space opera, narrating an alternate reality  where Father Eleuterio Tropa, a recluse monk and an erstwhile mad scientist, saves planet earth at the brink of destruction through his space ark, the “Spaceship 2020.” He organises events and releases music and literature through his music label, PAWN Records, and related indie press outlet, Pawn Press.
