Is it really always "organic", when the label says "organic"? How can this be proven? Farmers have to spend a lot of effort to comply with organic guidelines. But are organic foods automatically healthier? At any rate, consumers are willing to pay significantly more for food when it says "organic". However, there are no reliable tests to distinguish between ecologically and conventionally produced foods.
