Thatsanavanh Banchong (Kai) is the director of the Thai Civic Education Foundation. Her studies in socio-anthropology and international development cooperation have led her to make a professional career in Thailand for 15 years now. She has cooperated with several local and international organizations and initiated projects in different themes such as education for democracy, education to promote gender equality, the role of the media in a democracy, media and information education in the digital world, the participation of young people in the development of urban spaces.
