Marcus du Sautoy

Marcus du Sautoy is a British Professor of Mathematics at the University of Oxford and has been the Simonyi Professor for the Public Understanding of Science since 2008. In addition to teaching and writing, he also works with international artists. He is the author of popular science books such as “The Creativity Code: How AI is Learning to Write, Paint and Think” (2019), which explores the creative potential of AI. In 2010 he was made an OBE, Officer of the British Empire for services to science and in 2016, a Fellow of the Royal Society.
