Herfried Münkler

Herfried Münkler is a German political scientist. He taught as a professor at Humboldt University Berlin. He became known for his research on Machiavelli. For his work, he received numerous awards, including the Academic Prize of the Aby Warburg Foundation, the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Fellowship, the Leipzig Book Fair Prize, and the Bruno Kreisky Prize for political books. His most recent works are Welt in Aufruhr (World in Turmoil) and Macht im Umbruch (Power in Transition).
