Matthias Naumann is a writer, translator and publisher. He studied theatre, film and media studies in Frankfurt am Main, Tel Aviv and Paris. Since 2002, he has produced theatre projects with Eva Holling under the label manche(r)art, and since 2014, with Johannes Wenzel as part of the theatre collaborative Futur II Konjunktiv. From 2006 to 2008, he co-directed, together with Stefanie Plappert, the scholarly development of the Wollheim Memorial in Frankfurt am Main, including an interview project with survivors of the Buna/Monowitz concentration camp. In 2011, he founded Neofelis Verlag in Berlin, which he continues to manage today.
