Jonas Dengler

Jonas Dengler, born in Darmstadt in 1990, began his career in visual storytelling in the film industry with the goal of becoming a cinematographer. After five years of experience on various sets in Germany, he discovered journalistic documentary photography. Fascinated by the possibility of working directly with his subjects without a large team, he studied photojournalism and documentary photography in Hanover. Today, he works as a freelance photojournalist for newspapers and magazines.
