Reshma Chhiba

Reshma Chhiba lives and works in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds a BA degree in Fine Arts and is currently completing her Masters through the University of the Witwatersrand. She has participated in the following group shows

Reshma has also worked as part-time assistant to artists such as Penny Siopis, Jo Ractliffe and Natasha Christopher. This involved teaching, working on projects and research.

In 2001 she received her diploma in Bharata Natyam, a classical Indian dance style. Reshma studied under the guidance of Smt. Satya Bhama, disciple of Smt. Rukimini Devi Arundale of Kalakshetra. She is currently registered as a post graduate student of the Institute of Indian Art and Culture(SA) and is also a member of the teaching staff.
