The Institute for Interdisciplinary Research on Conflict and Violence (IKG) conducts theoretical and empirical research on both constructive and destructive conflicts, their causes and consequences. In addition to basic research, the IKG also carries out applied research. Along with individual projects, cooperation with researchers from other institutes is also a part of the IKG's profile.
