German Festival

Students from the Hail Al Awamer School and the Barka Bint Thaalaba School organized a festival of the German language in spring 2018. Together with their teachers Khadija Al Zedjali and Amal Al Abri, they designed information stands and many activities.

The visitors could try German food and drinks, paint Easter eggs, get to know German musicians and bands and watch a short film about Berlin. Among the numerous visitors were representatives of the Omani Ministry of Culture and the local Sultan Qaboos University, who were enthusiastic about the commitment of the students and teachers.
