About the author
Patrick Ledoux FOTUÉ KENGNE is a Doctor of Law and Senior Lecturer at the University of Yaoundé II. A lecturer and researcher specialising in business law, he has published several works, notably on banking and microfinance law, commercial company law and personal law.
L'aprèm' du livre is the monthly book presentation organised by the Goethe-Institut Cameroon. It enables authors to present their works to a broad public and to trigger dialogue with the audience. Each year, 11 authors are selected by a jury following a call for entries.
