Elektro-Ekang
Electro music from Berlin combined with the Fang-Beti cultural rhythm – can you imagine the result of two very different musical traditions coming together? The duo, composed of Berlin’s DJ “Skinnerbox” and Yaounde’s singer Alima, will give is a taste of it under the title “Elektro-Ekang”. Their musical communication, based on so many differences and limits, promises to deliver a solid and very special experience. The result of this collaboration will be presented this year during the “Le Kolatier” music festival, a platform for the development of emerging African musical talents. In addition to the Germano-Cameroonian performance, workshops, concerts and professional exchanges are on the agenda.
