Road to the Sea

A Bogotá-based transdisciplinary collective for creation and research. Their artistic practice focuses on questioning neoliberal policies and the narratives that justify them, by highlighting impositions, exclusions, and violence through the use of artistic projects in context. These projects make use of a variety of strategies—from installation in the public space to video—to create devices of counter-information, provocation, and popular agitation that involve the communities affected. The goal is to amplify the struggles, resistance tactics, and survival strategies of the so-called "informal city," that large mass of beings and places that have been excluded from development.
