Advice and Enrolment

1. Download and complete the registration form, and send it to:

2. After your registration has been processed, you will receive an invoice from us by email. There you will find details regarding the examination fee, as well as your personal participant number.
3. Please transfer the amount stated on the invoice to our account within five working days.
   In order for us to be able to accurately allocate your payment, please use your 8 digit participant number (60xxxxxx), as well as your surname. Once we have successfully received your payment, you will receive confirmation of your registration, together with any further information.
4. You will receive an invitation to the exam by email at least one week prior to the exam, which must be brought with you on the day of the examination. In this email, you will find the exact times of your exam, as well as any other important information.
5. Bring your identity card/passport and exam invitation with you on the day of the exam. Please come at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam, as the schedule is strictly adhered to.

Individual examinations of the Goethe-Zertifikat are possible at any time in consultation with the course office. If our regular examination dates do not suit you, you are welcome to make individual appointments with us by phone or by e-mail to
info-nikosia@goethe.de

Individual exams have an extra charge, which may vary depending on the language level and type of exam (modular or non-modular). Please contact our course office for further information.

Two weeks after the examination date, you can usually check your results online and download your digital certificate. In exceptional cases, this can take up to three weeks.
Certificates are only printed on request.

Proceed as follows:
- Log in to your MyGoethe account.
- Go to: My exams
- There you will find your results and your digital certificate.


Please note:
Only the exam participant has access to the results and certificates.
If you have booked the exam for a minor child, you must set up a MeinGoethe account in the child's name and link it to the eight-digit customer number (006XXX).
