Maria Falkenmayer had actually wanted to fly to a swimming competition in Chile. But the Spanish nursery song she hears on a stopover in Buenos Aires throws her completely off course. She misses her connecting flight, loses her passport and finally books a hotel room. Calling her father Anton, she tells him about this curious occurrence and the peculiar spell the city holds over her. Anton immediately travels to Buenos Aires to meet her. At first, he does not want to deal with his daughter’s urgent questions, but finally he is forced to confess the truth.
